Refund Policy

Datacom Tech Solutions stands behind 100% customer satisfaction with our unlimited free revision policy. Clients are allowed to enhance or modify their initial design brief through their account area without additional charges.

In the event of any duplicate charge due to a processing error, failure to meet specific design requirements, or inability to complete your design order in accordance with the delivery policy, you will be eligible for a full refund of the design order amount.

If you are dissatisfied with any design services provided by Datacom Tech Solutions, you may submit a refund request within five (5) days of receiving your initial design concepts. If no refund request is submitted within five days, it will be assumed that you are satisfied with the initial designs.

For Special or Combo packages, the same refund policy applies as with single packages.

Refund Eligibility Guidelines

  • A full refund (less than 10% service and processing fee) is eligible if the refund request is made before the delivery of the initial concept.
  • A 66% refund (less than 10% service and processing fee) is eligible if the refund request is made within 48 hours.
  • A 33% refund (less than 10% service and processing fee) is eligible if the refund request is made between 48 to 120 hours of the initial design delivery.
  • No refund requests will be accepted after 120 hours of the initial design delivery.

If there is no communication from the client for more than three weeks despite multiple follow-ups from Datacom Tech Solutions through email or calls, the project will be placed on hold. A reactivation or reinstatement fee may apply when the client resumes communication.

Please note that once the initial design has been delivered and at least one revision has been requested, a change of mind will no longer qualify for a refund.

All refund requests must be submitted to the support department. Datacom Tech Solutions reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests based on the circumstances and any violation of the user agreement.

Fair Usage Policy

Datacom Tech Solutions offers unlimited revisions to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. However, under our fair usage policy, each project is limited to a maximum of 30 revisions. Any revisions requested beyond this limit may incur additional charges.

How to Claim Your Refund

Our team will first attempt to resolve the issue under the revision policy. If the concern remains unresolved, your case will be reviewed by our refund department and you will be notified of the decision via email.

Once a refund is approved, all design rights are automatically transferred back to the company. You will not retain any ownership or usage rights for the designs, content, or work products created during the project.

Datacom Tech Solutions may also share copyright acquisition information with relevant copyright agencies to ensure refunded designs are not reused as original designs.

Account Area

The Account Area is provided as the primary communication tool between the client and the company. Clients are responsible for regularly checking their account area to review updates, provide feedback, or respond to designer queries.

Failure to check the account area does not qualify as a valid reason for refund requests. If you experience difficulty navigating the account area, our customer support team is available to assist you.

Delivery Policy

All design files are delivered to the client’s account area according to the delivery schedule mentioned in the order confirmation email.

An email notification will also be sent once the design files are available in the account area. All policies related to revisions and refunds are based on the date and time when the design files are delivered to the client’s account area.

For urgent requirements, we offer a Rush Delivery service that allows clients to receive initial logo concepts within 24 hours for an additional fee of $100.

Revision Policy

Datacom Tech Solutions provides unlimited revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Clients may request revisions without additional charges as long as the original design concept remains unchanged.

The standard turnaround time for revisions is approximately 48 hours.

Notice and Procedure for Reporting Copyright Violation

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used without authorization on our website, please provide the following information:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. The location of the allegedly infringing material on the website.
  4. Your contact information including address, phone number, and email address.
  5. A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized.
  6. A declaration that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Applicable Law

Disputes

Any disputes related to services purchased through this website must first be submitted to our Dispute Handling Department for resolution.

Disputes or chargebacks initiated without prior communication with Datacom Tech Solutions may result in the immediate termination of ongoing services and future business relationships.

The company reserves the right to dispute chargeback claims and present evidence of service delivery and communication records.
